Carl Bailey is a multimedia and interactive developer, instructor, and new media artist with over a decade of professional experience in the areas of web development, interactive design, multimedia production, digital imaging, graphic design, video editing, 3D animation, DVD authoring, and audio production. He has worked as both a designer and an instructor for The Ohio State University Dept of Art where he also received his BFA in the Department of Art & Technology.
